How can I pay for my booking?
After booking you get the instructions: bank transfer (also via QR code in your banking app) or payment at our office. Your seats stay reserved until the deadline shown.
When do I get my tickets?
As soon as we confirm your payment we issue the e-tickets and e-mail them to you. You can follow the status live on your booking page.
What are ethnic fares?
Special fares for people living in Italy travelling back to their home country, often with extra baggage. Choose “Ethnic” in the search form.
Can I use a discount code?

How do I manage or cancel a booking?
